Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Social Forge app and website ("Social Forge", "we", "us") collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions: admin@innovasolutionsllc.xyz.

Information we collect

Account details — your email address and, if you provide it, your name. If you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name and email (or Apple's private relay address) from that provider.
What you look up — the handles, hashtags, links and keywords you search, and the creators, pages or ad libraries you monitor. These are needed to fetch results for you.
Credit activity — a record of each lookup charged to your account (the type of lookup, credits used and time) and of credits you receive or buy.
Purchases — which plan or credit pack you bought and its status. Payment is handled by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details.
Device token — if you allow notifications, a push token so we can send monitor alerts.
Crash reports — if the app crashes, a report with the error, device model and OS version is sent so we can fix it. It is not linked to your account.
On your device only — your recent searches are kept locally on your phone.

We do not collect your location, contacts or photos, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How we use it

To create and secure your account and keep your credit balance.
To run the lookups, monitors and alerts you request.
To process subscriptions and credit purchases.
To prevent abuse, fix problems and answer support requests.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

Google Firebase — sign-in, database, server functions, notifications, crash reporting and hosting.
SocialFetch — retrieves the public social media data for the lookups you run. It receives the search terms, handles and links you submit, not your email address.
RevenueCat — manages in-app purchases, linked to your account ID.
Apple and Google — sign-in (if you choose it), payments and app distribution.

Public social media content

Social Forge shows information that people and companies have made public on social networks. We keep short-lived copies of these results to make repeat lookups faster and cheaper, and do not build profiles of the people whose public content you view.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account information while your account is open. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, credit history, monitors, alerts and device tokens, and stops your monitors at our data provider. If you can't access the app, email admin@innovasolutionsllc.xyz from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.

After deletion we keep only (a) a one-way hash of your email address, which cannot be turned back into the address and is used solely to stop free starter credits being claimed again, and (b) purchase records we are required to keep for accounting. Deleting the app does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it in your store account settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at the address above and we will respond within the time the law requires.

Children

Social Forge is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and stored with Google Cloud. Access to your account data is limited to you and to the service itself.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. For significant changes we will notify you in the app.
