These terms apply to your use of the Social Forge app and website ("Social Forge", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you download the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.
The service
Social Forge lets you look up publicly available information from social networks — creator profiles, posts, trends, ad libraries, shops and web pages — and monitor accounts for new activity. Results come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Social Forge is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, X, Reddit, LinkedIn or any other network it covers.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Credits, plans and payments
- Lookups use credits. The credit cost is shown in the app before paid actions.
- New accounts receive a one-time starter allowance of free credits.
- Pro and Business are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. Each billing period includes a credit allowance that resets at renewal; unused plan credits do not roll over.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Social Forge to harass, stalk, dox or discriminate against anyone; to break any law or any network's terms; to resell or bulk-redistribute the data; or to interfere with or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Content and intellectual property
Content shown in results belongs to its owners. The Social Forge app, design and brand belong to us. You may use results for your own research and business analysis.
Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove features, credit costs or plans. We will give notice of material changes to paid plans. The service may occasionally be unavailable.
Disclaimers and liability
Social Forge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account); see the Privacy Policy. Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted. Cancel any subscription in your store account first.
